1. Who we are

Smart Logistics Hub LLC ("we," "us") operates the Pre-Trip Inspection mobile application (the "App"), used by commercial vehicle drivers, fleet owners, and brokers to complete and record vehicle inspections.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what the App needs to function. Nothing below is used for advertising, and none of it is sold to third parties.

Account information, provided when you register or are added to a fleet:

• Full name
• Phone number (used as your login identifier)
• Password (stored in hashed form using an industry-standard algorithm — never in plain text)
• For fleet owners and brokers: company name, and — where provided — DOT and MC numbers
• County (a self-reported general location, entered as text — not GPS)

Precise location, collected only while the App is open and only during an active inspection, to attach a site address to the inspection record. The App does not track location in the background and does not track location when you are not using it.

Photos, taken with the camera or selected from your photo library, to document the condition of inspected vehicle items. Photos are attached to inspection records and stored on our servers.

What we do not collect: advertising identifiers, browsing history, analytics or usage tracking, payment information, contacts, or any data unrelated to completing an inspection. The App contains no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs, and phone numbers are not verified through any third-party SMS or messaging service.

3. Why we collect it

• Account information: to identify you, assign you to the correct fleet/role, and let you log back in.
• Location: to record where an inspection took place, as required for inspection recordkeeping.
• Photos: to provide visual evidence of vehicle condition at the time of inspection.

4. How we store and share information

All data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure that we operate. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes, and we do not use any third-party service to process your account or inspection data.

5. How long we keep your data

We retain your account and inspection data for as long as your account remains active, or as needed to meet applicable recordkeeping obligations for vehicle inspections. If you'd like your data deleted sooner, contact us (below) and we will act on your request unless we are required to keep specific records by law.

6. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us at andrei@slh-us.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Children's privacy

The App is intended for professional commercial drivers and fleet personnel, not children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date.

9. This website

This section covers our website, slh-us.com. Sections 1–8 describe the Pre-Trip Inspection App.

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages of the website people read. When you visit, Google Analytics collects the pages you view, the site that referred you, your device and browser type, your approximate location, and an identifier stored in a cookie in your browser.

When you click a link to another website, such as Book a Demo, Google Analytics also records the click, which link you used and the address it leads to.

Book a Demo opens a chat with us in Telegram in a new tab. If you message us there, we receive your Telegram name, username and message, and use them only to reply and arrange the demo. Telegram handles that chat under its own privacy policy.

We use this information only to see how the website is used. We do not sell it and do not use it for advertising: Google signals and ad personalization are turned off.

Google keeps this data for the retention period set in our Google Analytics property and then deletes it.
